We’re making first-time visits way smoother with our new Group Onboarding flow!

• New visitors are assigned stations next to each other for a more comfortable first class.

• Coaches get reminders in the Coach App when it’s time to meet new members in the lobby.

• A step-by-step checklist in the Coach App ensures coaches cover everything new members need to know.

• The Consumer App will gate visitors to ensure they are at least 10 minutes early so they have enough time to get set up.

• The Consumer App will ensure everyone waits for their Luminary after signing the waiver and connecting to the WiFi**.**

This ensures every new member feels welcomed, prepared, and confident stepping into their first class!

Coaches, you now have the ability to send reset password links via text to any member booked into a class.

This feature is especially helpful for ClassPass drop-ins who need to set up their Lumin accounts quickly. Just tap the member’s name in the Coach App and send the reset link directly.

This feature will eventually replace the deeplink/QR solution for first-time ClassPass drop-ins.

We’re all about making your coaching experience easier, and our latest Quality of Life enhancements to the Coach app do just that!

1. Every page in the app features pull-down refresh, so you no longer need to close and re-open the app to get the latest data.

2. You can now view the class overview directly from the Class Controller.

3. First-time members are highlighted in green, while icons show who is on a trial or using ClassPass, in your Class Controller.

4. All UI has been cleaned up to match the look of the consumer app, and we’ve made the equipment setup interface collapsible

5. The bug report form has been re-designed to be cleaner and more detailed—helping us fix issues faster than ever!

Say goodbye to keys! With our new Smart Locks feature, the studio now locks and unlocks automatically according to the schedule set by the GM. And we’ve added even more flexibility—coaches can unlock the door from the Lumin Fitness app when they’re nearby, while GMs can control the locks remotely from anywhere using Lumin CTRL.

Coaches, just make sure you’re using the latest version of the Lumin Fitness app to access this convenient unlock feature!

Coaches, we’re rolling out two new Quality of Life enhancements to make your job easier and more efficient. First up, the Class Controller screen will now show names of participants, not just their station numbers. No more guessing which station belongs to which member—now you’ll know exactly who’s who at a glance!

And that’s not all—you can now search for Class Pass users directly in the Coach app to easily find their deep link. This makes managing Class Pass visitors even faster and smoother than ever before.

To access these enhancements, make sure your studio phone has the latest version of the Coach app!

Coaches, we’ve made it easier to identify who’s on an active trial in your classes. With the new Trial Indicator feature, you can now see which members are in their trial period directly from the Class Roster screen in the Coach App. Just look for the “T” icon next to their name—no need to dive into the membership details.

To use this feature, make sure your Studio Phone has the latest Coach App installed. Then, keep an eye out for those “T” icons to give your trial members that extra bit of attention they deserve!

Our first time Class Pass visitors often miss that initial email. That’s why we’ve introduced Class Pass Account Links, making it effortless for coaches to help visitors link their Class Pass account to a Lumin account on the spot.

From your Coach Dashboard, you’ll now see a list of all Class Pass visitors for the day. Click on any visitor to access a URL and a QR code that you can share directly with them. Once they click the link or scan the code, they’ll be prompted to download the Lumin app (if they haven’t already), set a password, and voilà—their account is created and automatically linked! No more missed class time, just smooth onboarding.

Coaches, we’ve just made it easier to identify your Class Pass visitors! With the new Class Pass Visitor Indicator, you can now see who’s booked into your classes using Class Pass. Just glance at the class roster and look for the Class Pass logo next to the member’s name—it’s that simple.

To access this, ensure you’re using the latest version of the Coach app on your studio phone. Head to the “Class Roster” and you’ll instantly see which members are joining through Class Pass, making it easier than ever to tailor your coaching and welcome new faces.
