If at any point they need additional support, they can simply ask:
“Can I talk with a human?”
At this point, a message is sent to our support team, who will receive a summary of the coach’s issue and initiate a video call through the Meta Glasses.

The best part? The built-in camera. When the support team video calls the coach, all the coach has to do is double-tap the side of the Meta Glasses to instantly share a live video feed of what they are seeing. This enables the support team to provide accurate, real-time troubleshooting without any guesswork.
