HALO doesn’t need a break, won’t transfer you three times, and definitely won’t make you listen to elevator jazz. Whether you need help troubleshooting tech, syncing devices, or just figuring out what went sideways—HALO’s got real-time answers, right when you need them.

We are rolling out new interactions on top of the existing ones to provide more visual representations of the training stimulus. These additions bring fresh variety to the experience, giving members a mix of new challenges and visuals beyond the interactions they’re already used to to drive greater effort and output from members during their workouts

Our tracking system has been upgraded to improve accuracy and efficiency, reducing missed reps and capturing more meaningful movement data during workouts.

We’ve upgraded our behind-the-scenes tracking system to make your experience more seamless than ever. If the Exercise Engine Service (EES) connection drops—due to, say, a gremlin in the grid—the system will now automatically reconnect to the websocket, minimizing disruptions and keeping your workout on track.

All hardware and technology are now in place for our first partner pilot at Fitness Connection. While the official launch for Fitness Connection members is still to come, SOLO is live for staff members to begin using and testing.

We’ve added a network check to help ensure every in-studio experience is as smooth and secure as possible. By confirming you're on the Lumin network before entry, we’re able to prevent outside interruptions and keep everything—from your app to your station—perfectly in sync.

We’ve fine-tuned our AI Agents to perform better in busy, high-energy environments. The new update disables “interruption” mode, meaning agents will now always finish their turn before accepting new input—no more mid-sentence cutoffs from background noise or accidental triggers.
